**About the Company**
This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6 - month contract paying up to $1050/p/d + Super. This role is located in Sydney / WFH
**About the team**

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a CRM Lead with a leading NSW Government agency. The role is responsible for the quality of the CRM (Salesforce) solution delivered through the practice, ensuring that the team have the right skills, capabilities, and tools to deliver strategic initiatives, driving delivery excellence and productivity gains.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead Salesforce analyst and development team output; coaching and mentoring.
- Support the planning, design, creation and delivery of quality products.
- Ensure delivery frameworks and methods (methodologies, tooling and delivery capability) are aligned to quality standards and consistently adopted across all projects.
- Ensure optimal organisational structures are in place and the teams/staff have the requisite skills to deliver against expectations
**About You**
- Minimum 5+ years experience leading enterprise-level IT programs, designing standards and specifications using Salesforce products.
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce solution and delivery within Enterprise level as a SME.
- Previous Government experience beneficial.
