Maggie Beer Holdings represents three premium brands, that all follow the principles of making Australian premium gifting, food and beverage products using Australian ingredients and materials that support local communities, dairy farmers, fruit and vegetable growers.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Answering incoming enquiries relation to hamper delivery timeframes
- Enquiries as to pricing and products
- Processing returns
- Solving customer complaints in a timely manner

**What you need to succeed**:

- Experience in either B2B telesales, customer service or retail
- An ability to engage with people over the phone and build rapport.
- A strong customer service focus.
- A willingness to work in a team environment and have fun.

**You must be Fluent in English**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $32.80 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
