Customer Service Assistant

**KEY DUTIES INCLUDE**
- Ensure customer replies are within 2 business hours
- Liaise with delivery partners regarding delayed or lost deliveries.
- Uphold our call centre's processes and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism and showcase strong critical thinking by assisting customer queries and complaints resolution
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent customer service experience and communication skills
- Experience working with Zendesk is preferred
- Inbound call centre experience (through any employment that takes high volume inbound calls)
- Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure and prioritize tasks during extremely busy periods in a high volume environment
- Strong work ethic with the willingness to learn
**Salary**: Up to $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
