**Description**:
**What’s involved**: Based in Tasmania, this is a full time role. With support and direction from the State Sales Manager VIC/TAS, you will be responsible for the sale and distribution of our range of products to all licensed premises throughout a defined territory in the North of the State (Launceston, Devonport and surrounding suburbs), with a strong focus on growing our retail accounts and increasing exposure in the on-premise channel. You will also have responsibility for the management of our business relationship with IBA TAS and several sub-banner groups in the State. Working alongside you will be our Area Manager based in the South of the State.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**: You’re an experienced sales representative who has strong, existing relationships and are eager to hit the ground running. Given the nature of the role, you must have the drive and organisation skills to work autonomously and meet sales targets.
- We're looking for the following skills and experience:

- At least 3 years wine industry or beverage experience/knowledge
- At least 3 years successful sales and negotiations with FMCG products.
- Well developed territory management and business planning practises
- A positive, solution-seeking attitude with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at trade level (both retail and on premise accounts)
- CRM and Microsoft Office skills
- Current driver’s license
