Dental Services Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong leader with excellent management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing dental services in Hobart and surrounding areas, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Key responsibilities include managing local dental services, supporting oral health programs, representing the organization at meetings, meeting performance goals, and overseeing resources.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop, monitor and review services, service delivery and service performance to strengthen and grow capacity.
Dental services involve managing local services, including staff, budgets and equipment in your region. You will need to have high-level experience in managing complex regional health services, with knowledge of contemporary management practices, including change management and best practice methods.
In this role, you will be required to have:
- A proven track record in leading and coordinating dental services;
- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and staff;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to develop, monitor and review services, service delivery and service performance;
- Strong leadership and management skills.
