Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and make an immediate impact. You'll form meaningful relationships with our existing customers and foster new relationships to drive growth across sectors and regions. You'll be creative, resourceful and love thinking outside the box with an eye for detail and opportunity. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, great time management, experience in account management, and know how to close a sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure service continuity, satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for new business development, and find and create opportunities for new products with existing accounts.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven, relevant sales experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and e-commerce in a sales-led environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of customized products and related services is a plus.
