**APS3 Participant Support Officer - Inala**

**Rate: $37.36/Hourly**

**Contract: 12-months**

**Days: Mon - Fri**

**Location: Inala**

**Your new company**

You will be working with a community-based organisation. They provide essential services to many Australians with their focus around supporting those in need and making a difference for each of their customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Participant Support or Administration Officer to join the team.

**Your new role**

As a Participant Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

- General administration activities
- Resolving customer enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Providing accurate information and referring customers to relevant departments
- Managing the team shared inbox
- Scheduling appointments for customers
- Undertake research and investigation activities
- Preparing associated reports and correspondence
- Any ADHOC duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Be proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel, and confidently use different technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail and accuracy

**What you'll get in return**
