The opportunity:
We have an opportunity available for a Client Development Support to work as part of our Retail Distribution team in Melbourne. Within this position you will provide sales and service support to the Client Development team and aligned Financial Advisers by providing a superior level of sales and administrative support. You will take ownership of all enquiries and ensure that they are actioned in a professional and efficient manner and in accordance with our business operating protocols.
To be successful within this role you will:
- Provide an exceptional level of service to our top tier Advisers as per our segmentation model and by being the point of contact of any enquiries that they may have
- Manage administration issues received from Advisers and Client Development Managers (CDMs) through to resolution and communicate back to Advisers and CDMs accordingly
- Maintain and uphold service standards on CDS phone queue
- Attend and contribute to regular CDS meetings and link up to discuss various issues and initiatives to assist with state functionality, productivity and efficiency
- Proactively follow up cases in suspense to increase completions
- Active review and follow up of cases as part of our retention case management process
- Training and development work with Advisers and their staff i.e. Adviser website, eApp & self service
- Assist in the coordination and distribution of marketing, sales and campaign materials to advisers
- Forward customer requests (ensure completion and follow up) to relevant department and follow up where appropriate
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external adviser events i.e. Adviser functions & PD days
- Previous experience working within a similar role, or within insurance or financial services will be highly regarded
- Completion of RG146 qualification would be advantageous to this position
- Exceptional client service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
