MTHFR Support Australia is looking for a Naturopath for our busy reception desk.

Part time - 2 to 3 days per week.

We are looking for a casual receptionist to join our rapidly growing clinic and can be relatively flexible regarding days and times. Working closely with the Practice Manager and Reception team, you'll be the face of our busy clinic. This role would suit someone with previous clinic experience, or a Nutrition or Naturopathy student. You must have English as your first language, and have fully working rights in Australia.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about complementary medicine, confident and proactive in their attitude and approach. You'll be responsible for all client management including new and follow-up bookings, payments and processing, and collating of internal and external results.

**Position Overview**
- Coordinate and organise appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the clinic and the delivery of quality patient care.
- Work with the Practice Manager to manage a busy clinic workflow and to effectively delegate tasks and remain calm under pressure.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Answering phones, booking in appointments, handling enquiries, making up herbs are some of the requirements. Some knowledge of MTHFR and genetic susceptibility would be ideal.

**Education and Experience**
- Previous receptionist experience in a busy clinic or office environment
- Knowledge of Nutrition and Naturopathy is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency using Google suite and Cliniko is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
