**Front of House Coordinator/ Receptionist**

**Monday - Friday FT**

We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist to join our small team at **The Dental Lounge**in one of the prettiest suburbs in Sydney's East.

We are a patient-focused, well-established dental clinic committed to providing outstanding care in a friendly and professional environment. As our practice continues to thrive, we are looking for a dedicated and organised Dental Practice Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional patient service.

Scheduling appointments and being aware of payments due for patient visits and adhering to strict financial production templates.

Follow up of bad debts and account discrepancies within timeframe guidelines.

Monitor and maintain patient scheduling, billing, payments, and record-keeping.

Recall and regeneration management.

Liaising with internal and external laboratories for patient appliances / lab work.

Monitoring staff hours and roster scheduling.

Regular data entry including tracking invoices for consumables, stock, lab fees and overheads to maintain budgeting efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**About You**

You are looking to work with an incredible but small team of Dental Clinicians and can multi-task & thrive in a busy environment, and you understand & care, that patients can be nervous about visiting the dentist.

The experience we want to offer will change that perception and your role will be at the heart of that concept.

Previous experience as a Practice Manager would be ideal but it's not a requirement but a strong background in dental or healthcare administration will be essential in making an impact to this team.
