**Role Description**:
Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) is well known for matching Apprentices and Trainees with businesses across Australia. We help mentor and support Australians through vocational education pathways.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator who is looking for a career with our Host employer. This will start as a 12 month traineeship where you will gain Certificate III in Business - Customer Engagement.

During this traineeship you will be hosted out to one of our business partners that are a global leader in engineering and technology. They value innovative solutions that will shape the future for everyone.

You will have ongoing mentoring and support and work alongside the experienced Sales Co-ordinator who will teach you the ropes of the business and the industry. There is opportunity for the right person for ongoing employment after the traineeship.

Within this 12 month duration you will be working full-time and expected to complete a minimum of 3 hours study time during the week. Study MUST be completed in order to be competent in gaining your qualification at completion of the traineeship.

Tasks you will perform:

- Receive customers Purchase Orders and create corresponding orders
- Raise invoices for daily dispatched shipments
- Liaise with customers to meet requested delivery schedules
- Comply with WHS requirements
- File delivery dockets and invoices
- Confirm sales orders with customers with accuracy
