**BARISTAS/CUSTOMER SERVICE/KITCHEN(BACK OF HOUSE)**:
**Do you have a passion for coffee?** Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you As a Soul Origin Barista, you’ll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- A minimum of 6 months Barista experience
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
- Ability to work as a team - when you’re not making delicious coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

An approachable demeanor and good communication skills

Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.

Good attention to detail and cash handling skills

An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

A flexible approach to work - at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items.

**Do you have an experience Cook/Kitchen Person?** to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be preparing our fresh salads, sandwiches, baguettes and wraps for instore sales and catering, as well as assisting our Kitchen Manager with ordering, stock rotation, inventory and quality control.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

- Experience in a kitchen environment.
- Strong knife skills.
- Fast learner who can follow instructions and guidelines.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work a flexible 7-day roster.

Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience.

All necessary training and coaching will be provided.

Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $21.32 - $36.79 per hour
