Supervise the day-to-day operations of front of store and team members to provide operational support to Store Partners/Retail Manager and the team in order to maintain and implement agreed strategies to maximize the performance of the store. To provide coaching and guidance to the store team to provide exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets.

**Customer Service**
- Ensure a consistent customer experience at each step of the customer journey by observing and coaching the team to identify opportunities.
- Coach and support team members to deliver high levels of customer service and retail standards;
- Maintain high standards in customer service at all times;
- Role model and champion the service behaviours and values which Specsavers standards

**Essential skills**
- Demonstrated team leading skills
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of people
- Passion for providing the highest customer service and customer aftercare
- Able to build rapport and adopt good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers
- Able to work cohesively and productively within a team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
