**The opportunity**

We are seeking casual Call Centre Operators to support our Sales team.

You will play an integral role in the overall success of the organisation You will be:

- Responsible for qualifying leads interested in purchasing off the plan real estate and booking meetings for our sales team
- Achieving sales targets and objectives
- Ensuring you maintain a high standard of quality customer service
- Building strong relationships clients to ensure your success

This role will require you to work in the office. The role will be Monday to Saturday from 4pm - 8pm.

**About you**

You’re looking for a sense of purpose and connection that will develop your skills.

If you have little or no experience in Real Estate that’s not a problem We’re here to teach you everything you need to know. Our system is easy to learn and you’ll be mentored every step of the way.

You will actively manage calling activities to ensure same day service, completing call and quality monitoring, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are observed.

**Salary**: $25.29 - $36.08 per hour
