**What is the role?**

We are currently looking for part-time Call Centre Agents to join our Support Office in North Sydney. You will enjoy a mix of shifts that include working from home & in the office to keep you interested & to support your work/life balance

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Answering high-volume inbound customer enquiries and bookings, ensuring a high level of customer service is upheld
- Up selling of Timezone, Zone Bowling and Kingpin packages and products that will appeal to our customers

**Who are you?**
- Experience in a customer service/contact centre/sales environment
- A vibrant personality that can engage & have fun with our guests
- Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays, **call centre is open 9am-9pm daily**:

- Excellent written and oral communication
- A stable internet connection and computer for WFH days
- A true partner that can make themselves indispensable to the team

- Previous experience with web based communications portals such as Zendesk or **Freshdesk **is considered an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
