The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional & highly experienced full-time Centre Manager to lead our team in the Inner West Region.

In this role you will lead educators and staff in providing child-led learning and play in faith-informed, values driven care in a village that supports the whole family. You will manage the effective operation of the service, ensuring alignment with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. while supporting staff development through professional training, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.

Do you have:

  • Degree in Early Childhood from a recognised University (as listed on the approved qualification list by ACECQA), or:
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification
  • Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Accredited Child Protection Training
  • A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Integricare?
