Our client is bringing their Shared Services department onshore to Australia to bring them closer to their customers to enable an exceptional customer experience. Be part of a new team that will deliver a new customer-first experience, which will see you engaging with clients (B2B) in real conversations with the ownership to resolve the call.

You are a confident communicator, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your customer-first approach. You'll be receptive to different personalities, and use varied approaches in your interactions with people to negotiate and handle objections. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating directly with business clients to help with any queries and resolve outstanding balances owed. Success for us is all about working together with our customers to find the best solution.

Positions commencing 18th Ausgut
5 days a week availability - Choose your working hours
Post Training and consolidation of knowledge - Hybrid work model
Training based in La Trobe Street (close to Flagstaff Gardens)

Thrive in building a professional rapport over the phone
Love working in a fast-paced environment where you have set targets to achieve within set timeframes
Have an ability to undertake multiple tasks whilst actively listening to assist in resolving electors needs
Demonstrate competent computer skills including system navigation
