**Description**:

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers to help with any queries and resolve outstanding balances owed to the client. This includes inbound and outbound calls, customer service and processing credit card payments.

**Job Title**: Customer Service Consultant - Collections B2B
- Set your own roster (Operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm)
- Start Date 5th September
- Full Time, Part Time and Casual Available
- Melbourne CBD (near Flagstaff Gardens in Latrobe St) then Hybrid working model after training and nesting period

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in arranging payment arrangements
- Provide support to customers related to their enquiry
- Educate customers on their rights during the conversation and display empathy
- Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through

Skills & Experience
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Efficient and accurate typing ability and computer literacy
- Tech savvy & eager to learn and navigate multiple systems
- Problem-solving skills along with an ability to multitask multiple enquiries
