**Job Role Summary**:
As a **Tenancy Specialist** at **Unmatched Support Services**, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients through the process of finding their desired home. In this role, you will work closely with clients to explore a variety of housing options while providing support on additional services that can help them along their journey. Your expertise will ensure clients are informed and empowered as they navigate the housing market, helping them make decisions that align with their needs and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized assistance to clients in finding suitable housing based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Offer expert guidance on a variety of housing options, from private rentals to government-subsidized accommodation.
- Assist clients in understanding tenancy rights, responsibilities, and legal processes.
- Collaborate with property owners, agents, and housing services to secure housing for clients.
- Identify and connect clients with additional services, such as financial assistance, moving support, and home maintenance resources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local housing markets, availability, and legislation.
- Offer ongoing support to clients throughout the tenancy process, including advice on lease agreements, renewals, and conflict resolution.
- Keep accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tenancy management, property services, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Empathetic approach and a passion for helping others find suitable housing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with vulnerable or diverse client groups (e.g., low-income individuals, those facing housing instability) is a plus.

Pay: $65,475.27 - $168,535.57 per year
