**Are you an expert recruiter or talent acquisition professional with a proven track record within an RPO environment?**

Recruiting across our client in the Banking & Financial Services sector you will need strong proactive sourcing skills together with an ability to partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers and deliver a consultative approach as you deliver a best in class recruitment solution.

**What you’ll be doing?**:

- Partnering with business leaders, hiring managers and Human Resources
- Delivering end to end recruitment to meet business needs
- Directly sourcing and proactively engaging passive talent through a formal talent sourcing approach utilising the most innovative sourcing tools to identify and attract the best talent
- Working within a collaborative and supportive team of recruitment experts

**Who you are**:

- An experienced corporate recruiter, (previous RPO experience is highly desirable as is experience in recruiting volume and/or specialist positions within the Banking and Financial Services Sectors)
- Can demonstrate success recruiting across disciplines at all levels, including at the most senior levels within large, complex organisations, (experience within highly regulated environments is also highly desirable)
- Customer driven and passionate about providing a high level of service. Exceptional stakeholder engagement & strong communications are your strengths
- Process driven, you are all about outcomes and respond well to structure
- A team player who brings fun to the work place and collaborates to deliver results
