
Operations Administrator

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Operations team to assist with project administration and provide customer service.
Exciting office-based role with wide variety of tasks and lots of detail

**Key Accountabilities**
- Schedule projects into production after design approval
- Liaise with customers throughout the production process and provide high level of customer service
- Follow-up suppliers as required to ensure parts are received in time for production start
- Track and followup multiple internal production preparation processes to ensure projects are prepared in time for production start
- Collate project documentation for production
- Arrange freight
- Invoicing of all projects, and followup of any overdue accounts
- Upload supplier invoices to Xero
- Manage flow & filing of project documentation
- Identify potential delays in order execution and resolve
**Attributes/Skills required**
- Excellent computer skills. Touch typing skills a must.
- Very high attention to detail
- Fast paced
- Enjoys managing lots of detail across multiple projects at once
- Practical problem solver
Reports to: Operations Manager
