Metroid Electrical Engineering is a progressive manufacturer of custom electrical control switchboards for a variety of industries.
We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Operations team to assist with project administration and provide customer service.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Schedule approved projects into production and advise customer of dates
- Continually identify potential delays in project execution and resolve
- Follow-up suppliers as required to ensure parts are received in time for production start
- Liaise with customers throughout the production process and provide high level of customer service
- Arrange freight for all projects, and assist in crating up of switchboards if required
- Invoicing of all projects, and follow up of any overdue accounts
- Attend daily Gemba Meetings with production staff
- Manage flow & filing of documentation including Quality Control checksheets, Specification Compliance checksheets, FAT reports, as-builts drawings, etc.
- Constantly improve and devise system improvements to increase efficiency and prevent reoccurrence of avoidable delays/issues
**Attributes/Skills required**
- Proactive and driven
- Excellent computer skills. Touch typing skills above 40wpm
- Very high attention to detail
- Fast paced
- Enjoys managing lots of detail across multiple projects at once
- Tidy and organised
- Practical problem solver
Reports to: Operations Manager

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
