**About the role**

We are seeking a Primary Learning Leader (PLL) to support the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students in our school.
This is a full-time continuing teaching appointment with This is a full-time continuing teaching appointment fully released (5 days per week), and an initial three-year appointment as PLL.
A subsequent three-year appointment will be offered following a successful performance review.

**In this key position you will**:

- Enhance teacher capacity and effectiveness
- Model high-quality teaching & learning and mentoring & coaching
- Ensure improved educational outcomes for students and continuous school improvement
- Lead and coordinate curriculum implementation
- Promote effective teaching and improved achievement in all curriculum areas

**About you** - **To be successful in this role you will bring relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience as well as:

- strong knowledge and experience in implementing the Australian Curriculum
- capacity to develop interpersonal relationships, establish productive partnerships, and work as part of a team to lead change
- capacity to lead and manage activities which promote the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students
- success as a classroom teacher and commitment to professional development

**At BCE our teachers are required to**:

- Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
