About the CentreOur Bray Park centre joined the Gardenia Early Learning family in October 2025, marking the start of an exciting new chapter. Over the coming months, the centre will undergo major environmental upgrades, creating inspiring, nature-rich learning spaces that reflect Gardenia's commitment to high-quality early education.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join us on this journey and play a key role in guiding the educational direction of the service.

About the Role

As the Educational Leader, you will:

  • Work closely with our Centre Director and Head of Curriculum to support and mentor educators
  • Lead curriculum development and promote excellence in teaching and learning practices
  • Guide teams in implementing inquiry-based, play-rich programs that foster curiosity and a love of learning
  • Be part of Gardenia's Educational Leader Network and Leadership Team, sharing ideas, collaborating, and growing together
  • Enjoy a mix of contact and non-contact time each week, with the potential to transition into a fully non-contact Educational Leader role in 2026

About You

We are seeking someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (desirable) or has strong experience in an Educational Leader role
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge and experience with inquiry-based curriculum approaches
  • Is an inspiring, reflective leader who values collaboration, mentoring, and professional growth
  • Is passionate about building strong educational programs and supporting educators to reach their full potential
