As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. **About Goodstart Bray Park - Kensington Way**:
75 places in centre across 5 rooms

Floating Educator position across all rooms

We are inside the Kensington Way Shopping Centre. We run indoor/outdoor as well as progressive morning and afternoon teas. Playgrounds are all undercover allowing for play outside in all kinds of weather.
Supportive environment with 2 centre directors
Currently having paid professional development sessions each month with Connect Ed - Trauma informed education and care.

Long term staff up to 24 years with a mixture of cultures

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
