**OUR TEAM**

Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through the storage, handling, distribution, maintenance and disposal of ordnance all across Australia. Positioning for growth, we now have an exciting opportunity to join our business leading HSE nationally.

**YOUR ROLE**

As the Planning & Analysis Centre Manager, you will be the strategic enabler within the entire EOSC (End-to-End Operational Supply Chain) process, ensuring the seamless movement of stock to meet preparedness objectives, the optimal use of strategic resources, and alignment with Defence goals.

This is a key leadership role in which you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Defence procurement, logistics, and regional sites, to ensure seamless coordination and synchronisation across the supply chain.

Working from our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to
- Lead a team of motivated, data-driven supply chain specialists
- Design, implement, and optimise Supply Chain strategies, focusing on risk management and mitigation
- Remove supply chain bottlenecks and drive the integration of the latest industry technologies and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Defence procurement, logistics, and regional sites for seamless coordination
- Leverage predictive analytics to forecast future demand, and to pre-position stock to maximise responsiveness
- Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts, maintaining optimal stock levels
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior Defence and Thales stakeholders
- Develop contingency plans to ensure a resilient supply chain capability

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement and logistics
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Is a current holder or have previously held a Defence Security Clearance of NV1 or above
