**Role**: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cafe Barista and All Rounder to be part of our team. This role focuses on serving specialty drinks and coffee, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. If you have a bubbly, extroverted personality and enjoy building relationships with regulars, this is the perfect role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages.
- Demonstrate excellent latte art pouring skills.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.
- Assist with front-of-house operations and maintain cleanliness.
- Promote our unique food and beverage offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista with strong coffee-making skills.
- Proficient in latte art pouring.
- Bubbly, extroverted personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about coffee and eager to learn about our specialties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
