We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our 4-star hotel in Cabramatta.
About the Role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will lead, train, and support a team of housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team on daily operations
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with rostering, training, and staff development
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Support and motivate the team to achieve department goals
About You
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior housekeeping role in a hotel environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Ideally live locally in or near Cabramatta
