**About the Role**:
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
To oversee the operation of the ANZ Shuttle service, including vessel scheduling

Development and implementation of pricing policy and strategy for the ANZ Shuttle Service

Implement and manage all CSA’s being applied within the Tranztas and ANZ Shuttle services

Approve/Reject ESR’s for the TTZ trade

Spot On performance monitoring and management

Ensure TOM’s KPI performance management

Monitor and Analyze Market shares

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Tertiary / TAFE qualifications in logistics, international trade, international business or similar

Computer literacy with the ability to pick up systems quickly

Extensive experience in operations / trade role in the shipping industry.

Well developed communication skills both written and oral, including presentation skills

The ability to foster and grow both personal and business relationships across a diverse range of nationalities and cultures

The ability to influence, negotiate and broker highly complex issues in a range of forums
