**The Gig
This is a challenging and busy role suited for an experienced F&B leader with a wealth of experience in transforming a guest's experience into an inspiring journey of discovery.

You will be a critical part of the F&B leadership team with bags of development and career opportunities. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will be overseeing the day to day running of F&B operations across all meal periods at Mister Percy. There is a great opportunity to cross train and learn all aspects of managing a busy F&B department.

- Lightning quick, master multi-tasker managing varying roles across busy service periods
- You will work fantastically under pressure, cucumber cool
- Your energetic and positive attitude is contagious
- You LOVE the face to face interactions with our Guests
- You ooze flair, passion and are a stickler for presentation

- You have the proven leadership skills to coach and lead your team during service
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a busy F&B outlet is essential
