**How will I help?**

You will join the Technology Transformation Divisional PMO, to support the delivery and governance of Technology Initiatives across the Data Portfolio & Group Platforms and Innovations.

Key accountabilities:

- Ensures that programs / projects are effectively governed and controlled to deliver on time, within scope & budget, generating benefits in line with approved business case
- Ensue the program adheres to Project Execution, Project Governance, Change Management and Risk frameworks, Project Accounting Guidelines and methodologies as outlined by the Group Transformation Office (GTO)Support the production of monthly reporting, Steering Committee papers, funding and approval submissions for program
- Oversight of assigned programs / projects
- Program monitoring and reporting, enabling ability to call out insights early
- Governance & delivery aligned to GTO
- Leading & Implementing changes that optimise and uplift EOM reporting and governance activities
- Increased adoption and delivery of continuous improvement and automation
- Implement / review the necessary program registers to track key decisions, achievements and action items.
- Review and monitor reporting commentary on projects and ensure there is transparency and quality in reporting
- Ensure that all mandatory templates, documentation and processes are completed and signed off for compliance and audit purposes

**What do I need?**

**Experience**:

- 5 + years experience leading and managing medium to large programs/projects/PMO
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Leadership and mentoring skills and experience

**Desirable**
- Experience in financial services industry
- Understanding of GTO policies and standards
- Demonstrated ability to understand differing business practices
- P3O accreditation
