Goodman Fielder is currently undergoing a business transformation, with a number of programs with a significant IT delivery component. The IT PMO Lead supports the ANZ IT Project Management Office (PMO) in addition to IT Business Partners, Project Managers and Business Analysts in the discipline of the PMO Governance Framework and successful delivery of IT projects / programmes.

**What you will do**:

- Uplift discipline across the use of Wilmar Demand Portal and ANZ IT regional Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.
- Support IT Project Managers/Business Analysts on Goodman Fielder and Wilmar project SAP financials
- Support general SAP queries.
- Support with a range of report including ANZ IT PMO report, IT HR Headcount report, financial reporting
- Build collaborative relationships with appropriate Wilmar Group PMO representatives for the effective delivery of ANZ IT PMO services.
- Develop and manage the relationships with all internal/external stakeholders for successful business outcomes.
- Provide IT Project Managers/Business Analysts with coaching to ensure a high level of project financial acumen and skills in SAP.
- Continuous improvements and integrations with ANZ IT PMO.

**What you will bring**:

- Have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience of working within a PMO service of large, distributed IT organisations.
- Broad understanding of the food manufacturing, marketing, and distribution industry (preferred)
- Possess a good understanding of project management methodologies and SAP financial skills
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to support large scale, complex projects.
- Be able to manage relationships across the organisation at multiple levels.
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Develop self and others through continuous learning, sharing best practices, knowledge, and expertise.
