Building Cadet position available to work for a quality, award winning builder on an exciting new project
**Your new company**
An award winning Builder with a fantastic reputation, known for their impressive projects and quality of teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading builder at an early stage of your career, where you'll be involved in well structured teams on high rise projects $70m+.

**Your new role**
Working across an experienced project team, you'll provide support and assistance to the site staff, commercial team and Project Manager. You'll gain exposure across the full life cycle of large scale projects, from initial design phase and cost planning through to procurement, programming, construction and defect management.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Studying (or recently graduated) a relevant degree - Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Foundation knowledge of building with some level of construction/contracts experience for a Builder within Australia
- Basic understanding of Construction software and general IT proficiency
- Strong drive, excellent work ethic and genuine desire to progress and carve out a career in Construction
- Great communication skills, able to listen to, understand and act on instructions and guidance
- Full working rights/PR/Australian Citizen
