**YOUR Next Employer** is an award winning Developer / Builder with an enviable reputation. They have a dominate market presence and build high-end, Multi-residential apartments. They are looking to expand their team and seeking a Cadet or recent Graduate who wants to drive their construction career. **YOUR Role** will be based at the coal face on site. You will receive the most valuable onsite exposure to really push your career forward. They are willing to mentor and guide you to gain well rounded experience. This role is what you make of it, they are seeking a driven individual who is not afraid of hard work and is ready to get stuck in. In this role you will support the Site Manager with document control, updating drawing registers, delivery docketrs, assisting with safey requirements and general administration. In additon you will provide support to the Contracts Administrator assisting with door hardware registers, raising purchase orders and assisting with adhoc tasks. As your knowledge increase as will your exposure and duties.

**YOUR Experience** Ideally you will have some previous exposure to Multi-residential projects and studying towards a Construction Management Degree OR Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction. They are open to someone who comes from a trade background who has furthered their education. You must be computer savvy as this role is purely administrative.
