Premise, we are hiring **Cadet Designers and Drafters** now Be mentored and

nurtured by senior designers and engineers over a range of different specialities

including civil, structural and water to gain a wide understanding of the engineering

profession.

Rockhampton, Mackay, Brisbane and Townsville teams.

**We are Offering**:
Multiple full-time positions for trainee designers and drafters. In these roles, you will:

- Be mentored and nurtured by senior designers and engineers.
- Learn alongside other trainees at different stages of their career and study.
- Receive generous financial allowances towards university fees and study

**About You**:
We are looking for people with a keen interest in designing and drafting. For these

roles, you need:

- Successful completion of Year 12/QCE Maths.
- To be willing to enrol in an Associate Degree of Engineering.
- Initiative to build your portfolio of technical skills.
- To work as part of your local and wider consulting engineering team.
- To Embody the Premise Organisational Values.
