Leadership Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational activities for a team of up to 10 employees, ensuring high standards of work quality, productivity, and safety.
- Implement, oversee, and continuously update company procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members, facilitating strong relationship-building to promote a productive and motivated workforce.
- Monitor employee adherence to operational protocols and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to streamline processes.
- Remove day-to-day operational burdens from senior leadership by proactively managing workload and problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain clear communication channels between leadership and team members.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align operational activities with company goals and overall vision.
- Lead the introduction of new operational systems, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven leadership or management experience, preferably within the cleaning industry or a similar operational environment.
- Strong ability to lead small teams, build relationships, and hold employees accountable to company standards.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and updating operational procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team.
- Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying challenges and implementing solutions quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and operational tasks.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance relevant to cleaning operations is a plus.
