.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Funds Management Settlements and Corporate Actions Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for managing the settlement process and corporate actions for our investment funds, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The role will focus on FX/MM, Fixed Income, and Derivative products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the settlement process for FX/MM, Fixed Income, and Derivative products for our investment funds, ensuring that all trades are settled on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and reconcile trade confirmations and ensure that all details are accurately captured in the firm's accounting and reporting systems
- Monitor and process corporate actions such as dividends, mergers, and acquisitions
- Work with investment teams and external counterparties to resolve any trade discrepancies or settlement issues
- Monitor cash balances and ensure that all trades are funded appropriately
- Work closely with other teams within the firm, including Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management, to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed
- Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in settlements or operations roles within the asset management industry, with a focus on FX/MM, Fixed Income, and Derivative products
- Strong understanding of investment products and related settlement processes
- Familiarity with industry-standard settlement systems, such as Austraclear/Exigo
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail
