**The Company**:
The Australian division of a global, industry-leading systems integrator that designs, installs and services electronic security, fire alarm and life safety systems.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Service Centre Manager/Leader, and working in a team environment, you will meet the needs of incoming customer service calls with tasks including:

- Coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors
- Tracking and scheduling calls
- Creating dispatch weork orders in iCare daily
- Attending weekly planning sessions
- Completion of Service Agereement work
- Monitoring and following up on subcontract pricing
- Providing of service quotes to customers

**The Person**:
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills along with a solid customer service background. You have strong financial knowledge and skills, understanding accounts payables/receivables, purchase orders, work orders, etc.

Bring your excellent computer skills and exceptional telephone manner to a role that will keep you busy The role offers a rotating shift with a view to permanency. It can be an immediate start
