International Markets Coordinator

**The Opportunity**

Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and enjoy solving problems in a collaborative environment? Our Commercial team is looking for an** International Markets Coordinator**within our International Markets team based in **Port Kembla**, with hybrid work flexibility. This is an initial **12-month fixed-term**opportunity, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the financial and documentation processes for export steel shipments, ensuring revenue is received securely and on time, while reducing risk across our international sales and shipments. This opportunity would suit someone looking to deepen their commercial knowledge, expand their stakeholder engagement skills, and take on a role where **accuracy, detail, and problem-solving** are essential. **What Will You Do?**

Working collaboratively with overseas sales offices, agents and customers, internal teams (including operations, logistics, supply chain, finance), and external parties (including banks and shipping agents), you will:

- coordinate export documentation to ensure revenue is received securely and on-time
- review and process export letters of credit
- accurately prepare and lodge shipping documents
- look to further improve current processes allowing for greater efficiency
