We are developing our Integrated Operations workforce of the future and have an opportunity for a leader to join the team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation by enhancing operational performance.

Reporting to the General Manager Operations in this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and inclusive leadership team to influence how we deliver in the future. Leading a specialist team you will strive to ensure TasWater is efficient and effective in delivering services to our customers. The Operational Performance team will use data and insights to continually improve business processes and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Along with strategic leadership and building the capability of the function the role will focus on identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall delivery and management of operations and services.

You bring experience building collaborative and high performing teams, whilst leading through change to deliver projects and initiatives across operational workforces. You have experience in supporting similar teams with an ability work with the requirements from customers, community, government, industry and regulators. With a focus on continuous improvement, you have a reputation for achieving change and efficiency gains whilst maintaining relationships and engaging staff. Your excellent collaboration and communication skills will enable you work across the organisation with a true business partnering approach. You bring proficiency in using data to identifying improvement opportunities via data-driven solutions. With project management experience and tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience outcomes and value to the community.
