**Position Overview**
The Administrative Support Officer provides assistance across the Dispute Resolution Unit and in particular to support the Managers and Director.

The role would suit someone who is comfortable working in an administrative setting, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys communication with a diverse range of people.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
Support the Dispute(s) Resolution and Assistance Team in administration of the NNTT’s Future Act and Post Determination Assistance functions:

- Monitor various inboxes and action enquiries as appropriate.
- Provide initial support to stakeholders by phone and in person.
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with office administration as required.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Teamwork and independence
- Set priorities and manage competing workloads to ensure quality and timely outputs.
- Work as an effective team member to support the work of the President and Members
