Our company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment and accessories based in Sydney's south western suburbs. Further expansion is expected to include interstate operations as well as continued development of our existing Nth. American business.
**About the role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office/Admin Assistant, in a full time position to join our family oriented company, to assist in general office duties.
**The role will include**:
- Assist and report to the Account/Warehouse manager.
- Answer and allocate incoming telephone calls.
- Assist the Sale, Accounts & Warehouse teams.
- Customer service.
- Handle daily delivery dockets and sales invoices.
- Data entry, manual and electronic filing.
- Greet and welcome visitors attending in house meetings.
- General office duties.
**About You**:
Skills & attributes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero software.
- Exceptional standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent listening skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to cope under pressure and a mature, calm constructive problem-solving style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well spoken and courteous with a proactive "can do attitude"
- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
