At ALLEGRIA we _ardently strive to craft the finest handmade fresh pasta dishes_, drawing inspiration from the rich traditions of Bologna. Our dishes aim to transport you, evoking emotions and memories with each delicious bite.

Our business started three years ago as Pasta Poetry, focusing on fresh pasta meal kits. Recently, we rebranded our consumer offering to **Allegria**. Today, our production kitchen is in Melbourne, where we operate our retail shopfront and deliver fresh pasta across Melbourne.

We are ambitious in the space and want to become **Australia's number-one fresh pasta brand**. We will do this by opening selective eateries and production kitchens in major Australian cities whilst continuing to grow our footprint online and in grocers.

Our wholesale arm, still trading as Pasta Poetry, is vital to our growth. Currently, we supply high-end restaurants to national healthcare businesses with fresh pasta products that meet their needs.

**Growth**
- Pitching: Create and deliver high-quality, professional presentations to potential customers and confidently discuss products and solutions.
- Proactive business development and relationship building
- Build rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Research: Independently search for new opportunities, learn about the businesses in depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making process
- Technology: Have a good understanding of our ordering platforms and websites
- We work closely with our chefs and retail manager to develop innovative products we can share with our customers.

**Management**
- Account Management: Autonomy in managing the portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and ensuring KPIs are met
- Account Growth: Developing strategies to grow accounts and working with the customers to increase the product range and location coverage
- Operations: Manage the logisitics of products to customers. Engage with 3PL if appropriate.

**We require**:

- Experience in the Australian food industry.
- Business Development / Sales skills, demonstrating an ability to make connections, create rapport, nurture and win business by selling a proposition to a variety of senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead negotiations skilfully and create and deliver high-impact pitches
- You’re a master communicator, you know when to speak, you know how to listen, and you know how to engage a whole room and keep their attention
- Experience with the implementation of new workflows, including IT systems.
