**BENEFITS**

- Contract with full time hours
- Hourly rate $39, room for higher rate depending on experience
- Phone and laptop provided

**RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Recruitment and mobilisation of blue collar roles
- Coordinate all documentation
- Manage all recruitment data
- Manage quality control of labour hire
- Manage HSE onboarding
- Liaise with stakeholders

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience working within the mining, fabric maintenance or oil & gas industry will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and recruitment administration skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of work
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Solutions driven individual; that can show initiative and drive optimism
- Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Excellent literacy and communication in English
- High attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Good sense of Humour
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform unsupervised.
- Full Australian work rights.
- Able to complete a D & A
