We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team based at Essene Hotel and UniLodge Carlton located in Victoria. Reporting to the Property Manager Operations, you’ll be the face of our property, operating the front desk reception and delivering excellent service to residents and visitors to the property.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Coordinator consists of:

- Assisting all current and prospective residents and their guests in the most efficient and professional manner, exceeding expectations, and delivering a high standard of customer service
- Address enquiries with professionalism and compassion displaying a “we care” attitude
- You'll know the local area like the back of your hand, giving clear directions and insightful advice
- Conduct room inspections and provide general administrative support as needed
- Monitor and report concerns regarding resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as required
- Maintain accurate student data via the property management system
