As a member of the GJK Facility Services team, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and friendly group of professionals who take pride in their work.

We are looking for fulltime and part time customer service stars to join our in-contract Call Centre based in Carlton, VIC.

- You have a strong background in customer service
- You thrive in a fast-paced customer centric environment
- You are genuinely passionate about delivering customer service and driven by achieving set targets and KPIs to the highest of standards
- You learn quickly and can navigate in-house systems and databases
- You are a team player
- Dedicated, loyal, committed, reliable and passionate about career progression and continued learning.
- Manage inbound calls regarding cleaning service calls and bookings
- Make outbound calls to clients to close out service request
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders, internal teams, and customers to ensure all queries are responded to and resolved in a professional and timely manner
- Work with the operations team to find tailored solutions for our customers and stakeholders

In addition to the above, having the below would be advantageous
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- 1 years or more call centre experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
