**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to assist with all aspects of customer service, property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our student apartments at Essence Hotel and UniLodge Carlton.

This role is a unique mix of front office reception, property management, and customer service and will give you a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supported learning environment.

**About You**:

- A the focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experience
- Customer service experience in the accommodation industry
- Experience in a University Environment (highly regarded)
- Experience with Star Rez Property Management System (highly regarded)
- Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures

**Our mandatory requirements include**:

- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Children’s Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
- Real Estate Qualifications (if applicable at property)
