**About the centre**

Carlton Baths is a vibrant community-based facility which offers a range of recreation and sporting programs for the Carlton and City of Melbourne community. In 2012, the facility underwent a $10.4M redevelopment; designed to provide the community with a range of recreational, social, cultural and educational experiences.

At Carlton Baths we pride ourselves on inclusivity, exceptional service and community engagement. We run a wide range group fitness classes each week, have a 25 metre outdoor seasonal pool that is open from October to April each year, we offer summer swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, and facilitate a range of children's sporting and developmental programs in a safe and engaging environment.

**About the role**

Carlton Baths is seeking an energetic, motivated and people focused Customer Service Coordinator to join the Leadership Team. The Customer Service Coordinator is a leadership role that is responsible for ensuring excellence in customer experience, driving sales and motivating a team to achieve the best results.

The Key Functions of the role are:

- Maximise customer experience and ensure we deliver exceptional service
- Drive sales and assist in sales marketing and planning
- Human Resource Management
- Reporting and administration
- Quality Management
- Key staffing functions - Payroll, rosters, communications etc.

This is a full time position with an annual salary of $57,901 + Superannuation.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Think creatively with a solution focused approach
- Be approachable and personable, with a customer focused approach to your work

**Essential Qualifications**
- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Pool Lifeguard certificate

**Other Desired Qualifications**
- Minimum of 12 months’ leadership experience
- Relevant diploma or equivalent
- Sport and Recreation and / or Facility Operations experience
