**Your Opportunity**

**How are you extraordinary?**
- Lead the management of the seamless execution of our end-to-end national Graduate Induction & Vacationer Programs and various other programs/projects
- Design and successfully deliver the Graduate Induction & Vacationer Programs each year
- Development of program materials including requests for proposals, presentation packs, grad & business communications and program collateral
- Actively manage program plans, communication plans, budgets, and invoicing
- Produce and deliver appropriate briefings to business representative before graduate and vacation program launch and other important events
- Develop high-quality evaluation approaches to ensure exceptional delivery and continuous improvement of programs and communicate progress to key stakeholders in a timely and effective
- Collaboration with key stakeholders (business groups, Inclusion & Diversity, Branding, Recruitment team, Universities, etc.)
- Support the seamless execution of our end-to-end graduate assessment process nationally
- Responsible for supporting in actively seeking out and utilising innovative platforms and channels, including targeted strategies, to open up new ways of attracting talent to our student programs and achieving a market leading position

- Good communication skills; sound understanding of KPMG procedures ad internal processes, detailed understanding of audit and accounting practices; strong professional acumen and ability to lead/direct a team.
- Supporting in the implementation of new technologies as required to support graduates and vacationers

Please note the salary ranges $100,000 - $150,000 with respect to your level of experience.
