As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and business objectives. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, on-time and within budget
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Track project metrics and performance indicators, and implement necessary corrective actions
- Ensure effective and proactive communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in program or project management
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience in leading agile software development projects is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
